Coordinate, monitor and improve field service activities for the organization in Greece. Ensure field service is effective and customer’s requirements are met. • Contact for customer and provide technical/operation expertise in response to customer inquiries. Participate in management reviews of measures with team, develop and execute action plans for improvement. Increase field servicemen’s awareness of maintenance policy and procedure, and help insure compliance, ensuring quality.
