Prof. Dr. Georgi Chaltikyan

European Campus Rottal-Inn was established in South-Eastern Bavaria in 2015, featuring programs in Digital Health and Health Informatics with instruction fully in English. G. Chaltikyan is a full professor responsible for teaching courses within the study programs MSc Digital Health (MDH; Program Director), BSc Health Informatics, and MSs Global Public Health (GPH) including subjects Digital Health Applications and Systems, Health Data Standards, Health Research, Health Management and Economics, and others.

Prof. Chaltikyan is the director of the Double Degree program Master of Digital Health (MDH, in cooperation with DIT-ECRI) and a Center of Digital Health Education and Research (CDH). As the leader of the inter-institutional collaboration team at RAU, and the president of AADH, Prof. Chaltikyan has been working on developing educational, research, and development projects and programs in Digital Health, such as new study programs in Digital Health, within the frameworks of several international projects.

AADH (successor of AATM) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization working to promote the development of the Digital Health field in Armenia, via the coordination of Digital Health initiatives, and collaboration with interested stakeholders. As the founding president and chairman of the NGO, Prof. Chaltikyan has been instrumental in developing the organization's mission, vision, policies, and strategy, in networking and collaboration, as well as in the design and implementation of AADH's projects.
