Intercompany invoices and reconciliation. Bank activities, payroll, employee files records. Monthly closing, accruals, prepaid expenses. VAT, income tax, social insurance statements. Half yearly and yearly FR: BS, P&L. Bid calculation support. Monthly budget. Monthly reporting to the German management.

Responsible for the monthly bookings, trial balance reconciliation. Bank activities: payments in local and foreign currency, guaranties, deposits. Payroll calculation and recording. Monthly VAT and social insurance statements. Income tax calculation and reporting. Half yearly and yearly financial reports: BS, P&L. Monthly financial report for the mother company in Japan: BS, PL, CF Statement. Monthly reports to the manager: income/ expense estimations, financial analyses

Lead of the general bookings: AP, AR, treasury, fixed assets, amortization, prepaid expenses. Bank activities: payments in local and foreign currency, guaranties. Payroll calculation and recording.
