A very demanding but also challenging position which includes several segments of the company's business. As managing director I am also responsible for finance and accounting, HR, IT including part of procurement.

Preparation monthly financial statements (P&L. B.S. Cash Flow) , budgeting, forecasting and other similar reports. Ageing receivables and payables with reconciliation. Communicate with 5 banks and 2 leasing companies to get best conditions for loan or lease lines. Contacts with Tax Authority and all others Governement instituions, Responsible for all administration matters, such as HR and IT.

Preparation monthly P&L. Managing with several transactions in SAP. Attenden on SAP training 4 weeks in Paris , France. Creation Internal orders for assets, validation, cash forecasts, budgeting etc. responsible for payments domestic and abroad. Comunication with banks and tax Authorisation. Installed procedures for all payments, and cost calculations and receivables as well.

Preparing and controlling monthly financial reports and sending by MIS intranet. Handling in SAP software system. Preparing and controlling forecasts, budgets and cash flows. Relations with Banks and Government Institutions (Tax Authority). My responsibility is also payroll, treasure (domestic and foreign payment), balance confirmations, Auditing etc.

Preparing, controlling and presentations financial reports internal and external consumers. Presentations tax statements. Calculations price cost and others calculations. Contacts with tax and government institutions. Coordination’s with internal departments.
