I am a passionate, hands-on, and experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) for complex med-tech applications, with a strong background in quality management systems for medical devices. Holding a PhD in physics and running an engineering office for medical device manufacturers, my competences in soft- and hardware development complement well my training and experience as Project Management Professional and QMS Auditor. My earlier experiences in medical device R&D and related business process implementation provide a strong foundation for effective and efficient process design and value generation. My greatest achievement was the sucessful finalization of a particle therapy center as project lead after 4 years in an EPCM-like setup.
