Responsible to check, if desired customer specifications, industry standards and possible exceptions are included in contracts.Responsible to care for product-specific quality-, inspection- and test plans as well as project quality plans for project handling.Responsible to take part in product design reviews, preproduction meeting and coordinate inspections with independent inspectors at global located suppliers. Responsible to ensure the cross disciplinary (engineering, production, quality) communication;

- to detect, to prevent possible crisis for different parts; - to monitoring the quality of the suppliers; - realize the audits at the suppliers (Continental, Bosch, etc)2 times per year(minimum)to be able to identify and eliminate possible problems;

- realize the audits at the suppliers (Continental, Bosch, etc); - to check result of validations test during the development to prevent serial life crisis; - participate to analysis in service units for special cases(Romania & France); - problem solving activities (5 why's, 8D's) using internal quality tools (LUP database) - monitor action control plan together with the vendors perform audits at the suppliers for different parts (ABS, AIRBAG, USM, BCM, SENSORS );

- identify and communicate to the team the risks before the projects transfer; - announce the customer about the delays generated by the problems with the equipments; - transfer different projects from one site to another; - identify and prevent the risk which could appear during manufacturing process; - modify & update the software for testing machines; - problem solving activities (5 why's, 8D's) using internal quality tools (AGILE database)

- introduce different quality methods in production like Firewall Matrix, 8D, Fishbone diagram, ANPQP, PDCA, etc.; - train peoples how to use and apply this quality methods; - the daily issues in production regarding the quality; - alert different customer about our quality problem. - build the team for different quality problems; - perform 5S audits; - assign to people different task and fallow periodical the status of the tasks;

- create the software for ICT machine; - ordered necessary equipment according specifications for different locations and needs; - install these kind of machines(ICT, EOL, FT, FT) in different plants around the world(Continental factories); - train the peoples how to use and maintain this machines; - create the software for different types of product like ABS, AIRBAG, BCM, ILM etc. - identify the appropriate vendors for spare parts and order the parts
