As leading Product and Technology Director, I lead the areas responsible implementation and introduction of Agile/Lean Methodology in software and service design. As direct reports to me, both content & curriculum as well as product and technology areas helped us reshape the way our students learn.

As Founding partner of Escola Mais I helped to conceptualize and implement a successful chain of highly innovative schools that offer high quality education at an affordable price point. This was achieved by implenting a very efficient school operation with an intensive use of technology. Cofounded and the codirected the company from zero to a ~US$ 12M/yr revenue.

As Managing Director of a growing business, my main role was to ensure Product-Market fit of the educational solutions. I helped designing and implementing most business and pedagogical processes from the ground up. This included implementing management processes, leading technology definitions and implementation as well as designing and implementing most of the KPIs Metrics based management. I also lead our team of school directors and their teams summing to ~400 people.

As Co-founder and Product Director, my main role was to design, implement and train envolved personal, as well as ensuring Product-Market fit. Wikidu was an EdTech comitted to bringing Project-based Learning to traditional schools, mainly through an after school program, but also as curricular activities. The company operated mainly with public schools in Brazil reaching ~3000 students.

Film School in São Paulo, Brazil. More than 3000 student learned to produce, direct, photograph and write film scripts. As founder, I have developed most of the learning material, coordinated most of learning activities. Operahaus has also produced music videos and short films.

Coordinated film and acting courses at LAFilm. LAFilm is a film and acting school in São Paulo, Brazil committed to bringing the highest standard of practices to aspiring actors and film makers. The Acting School is Brazil's best representative of Method Acting, while the film school focuses on empowering students to start their film making careers even if with low or no budget productions.

Lead the Technology Process Improvement team at Citi Brazil with significant results. We implemented ITIL standard processes in Data center management, Tech feature Change Management and others.

I helped companies to implement better processes and technology. Collaborated both as a team member and team manager in several consulting projects in companies like AES Eletropaulo, Petrobras, Gerdau, Braskem and others. These projects mostly involved redesigning processes and implementing new technologies to achieve high business performance.

As a Master's Degree conclusion thesis, developed a Network Management tool based on MLPS protocol (Multi Protocol Label Switching) for the High Speed Networks department at Siemens' Research Facility in Munich, Germany. Thesis was evalutated with highest grades by Hochschule Professor and very positively evaluated by direct leadership at Siemens.
