I have worked giving technical support to SAP system, in MM (Material Management) and SD (Sale and Distribution) modules for the Deutsche Telekom Group and other offshore customers. We have also managed and distributed Tickets (Change Requests, Problem Requests, etc.) and generated performance reports. The activities has been performed in German language.
