Was hand-picked by PwC's Strategy Consulting team in India to work on an extensive strategy consulting project. The project involved consulting a mid-size ($ 400 mln turnover) manufacturing firm on developing a near-term executable strategy with a goal of achieving its 5 year revenue targets.

I was responsible for converting fresh business ideas into real actions. Key responsibility included piloting various ventures so that the top management could take a "go/no-go"​ call on these ideas from a long-term investment perspective. Setting up each venture from scratch included: writing business plans, controlling finance, organizing team, handing operations/logistics, business development, overlooking IT infrastructure, signing collaborators, finalizing pricing/product portfolio, etc.
