I had the opportunity to do an internship with the Erasmus+Traineeship program at the University of Coimbra, where I worked part-time for 3 months with my mentor Professor Ricardo Branco. During this time, I assisted in Low cycle fatigue research of stainless steel and aluminium materials used in the field of additive manufacturing. I carried out both theoretical and experimental investigations of these materials in the laboratory.
