With many years of management experience within the publishing industry, I know the ins and outs of "Old Work" all too well and have always longed for "New Work" - long before I even knew about this term. I am driven by the purpose of creating better workplaces, where people can collaborate with each other as authentic individuals in a highly self-organized way, without any command-and-control nonsense. By applying a holistic and customer-centric approach, I support companies in all dimensions of the necessary transformation towards that vision, from optimizing processes and systems through developing new products and business models to updating leadership models and the overarching company culture and structure. To achieve this, I coach and consult individuals as well as teams and regularly collaborate with consulting partners from my network.
