Introduced a sales strategy to generate additional business with sales channels, and performance programs for the own direct sales force, which altogether recovered business and increased sales volume.

Following a global decision, carved out the Business Unit from the rest of the Local Company, negotiating with the local Siemens management the terms and conditions to found a separate company.
