- Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects. - Preparing Project Initiation documentation - Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators. - Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports. - Tracking activities against the detailed project plans. - Updating project plans to include agreed changes. - Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets. - Organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Committees meetings.

- Planning and participation in the implementation of new projects internationally (VW Sharan, GM OPEL Corsa and Mercedes) in different countries like Morocco, Ukraine, China, Romania, Tunisia - Consulting and Support in North African region. - Training for the production Staff in the north African region - Performing Audits for projects (VW Sirocco & EOS / VW Sharan and MFA) in Tunisia / Morocco and China.

Tasks: Task planning, Staff management (15 people), Tasks control, on time delivery and financial planning. Skills: Strategic planning, Organization of resources, selection and supervision of employees, Innovative thinking. Identifying priorities to focus on Key issues and not be overwhelmed by details.
