Quantitative and qualitative air quality data collection, training public health advocates and workers in communities throughout Kentucky for indoor air quality testing in order to help build education to influence policy outcomes in local governments. Analyze data to create a report for dissemination locally to show what the indoor air quality looks like in communities that do not have an indoor smoke-free ordinance. Liaison between the Director of Graduate Studies and incoming and current graduate students. Created detailed databases with domestic and international applicants, kept students notified about impending deadlines and paperwork, prepared examinations, planned all graduate student events.

Helped customers find items, special orders, handled complaints and compliments. Product Demonstration, set up demonstration tables where customers could sample some of the food items that were offered in the store. Explained ingredients, and preparation methods with customers.
