1.Observing and monitoring clients’ to fulfill KYC, AML and CTF requirements 2.Complete comprehensive due diligence of credit customer in accordance with basic AML/KYC procedures. Analysis of customer financial information to determine internal customer ratings 3.Identify customer’s credit risk and compile accurate credit reports. Coordinate and manage current loan book with borrower or syndicate banking partners 4.achieve branch targets in accordance with customer and business strategy 5.GAAP IFRS & HGB

1. Sales Management international (Asia: China, Thailand and Philippines / West Africa) 2. Attend abroad exhibition 3. In charge of daily logistic operation and forwarders management 4. In charge of export docs ( inclusive EX1/ABD/MRN, Certificate of origin, Packing list, CMR, Health Certificate etc.) 5. Warehouse Management (WMS), Logistics and Supply Chain Management with ERP system 6. Compliance Management

1. Support investment management 2. Analyse the finance model with IRR for different programs, including overseas area etc. 3. Coordinate with internal financial Department

General Management and Training Hyperion Financial Management (e.g. create purchase order, travel expense management,office material/documents organisation; prepare for meeting schedule & report); Financial Management with Smart View, Ad-hoc Analysis etc.).

-Assist deal manager in handling deal hub business, record and update transaction info. - Track progress of review/decision-making process, assess the quality of outputs - Observe contract document management regulations for unified transaction document management and SSDM system maintenance.
