1. Serve as the First-Level Contact for Customer Issues. 2. Maintain Ticket Updates for All Reported Incidents. 3. Install and Configure Computer Hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers, and Scanners. 4. Diagnose and Troubleshoot Applications, Operating Systems, and Software Issues. 5. Resolve Issues Over the Phone or Through Physical Presence.
