For the first time in my career, I started working with Salesforce as a junior business analyst and consultant. In two years, I received 4 certificates, reached the level of Middle Business Analyst, and actively worked on 5 different projects with medium and large businesses from Europe and the USA. I independently studied the functionality of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics., worked with integrations and data transfer tasks.

The company implements its own solutions based on MS Dynamics 365 in the IT infrastructure of its clients, local Ukrainian banks and companies. I started my career in IT as a business analyst and administrator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. During my work, I was involved as a single business analyst and CRM administrator in two projects ordered by a catering company and a commercial bank.
