• In charge to prepare and present annual business plan and quarterly forecasts for direct material inventory and logistics costs; • Monthly inventory results analysis, explain deviations from plan and recommend measures to improve. In 2016 we were able to reduce 25% of our inventory -15 Mio.BRL. • Compile monthly LOG costs (Fishbone) report, identify deviations and recommend measures to reach target. In 2016 we were able to reduce 18% of our LOG Costs - 4 Mio.BRL.

• 6 Cost reduction projects from 2013 to 2015 with a saving around 1.000 TBRL/year; • 51 improvement projects. 8 Interdisciplinary projects involving customers and suppliers; • 22 documents created such as instructions, procedures, packaging manual and PFEP; • PMS – Access management database for packaging department. Annual expends reduction with the new system around 1,5 MioBRL; • Logistics participant on RFQ program. Over then 150 quotations made.

• Logistics Engineer in charge of the new projects for Sorocaba plant; • Line feeding packaging definition, input and output welding/painting devices, special devices, suppliers flow and suppliers routes; • Kaizen Coordinator with annual target and a member of Logistics Pillar - WCM; • Logistics focal point on SKD project with Cordoba Plant - Argentina; • "8" grade at most "9" in the staff development program "Nine Blocks" - PLM / 2011.

• Shipment plans preparation for final customers. • Responsible for planning furnaces manufactured at Sorocaba and Itapevi. • New data flow pattern to maintain lean process. • Quotations of production prices and selection of the most appropriate production facilities for the manufacture of petrochemical furnaces. • Full manufacture monitoring, shipping and landing of petrochemical furnaces in RNEST refinery at Ipojuca - PE.

• Packaging development for new items and layouts for the Lean Distribution Center; • Physical distribution study of spare parts in order to improve the implementation of the order fulfillment processes of dealers; • New unit installation project in Uruguay, involving layout, equipment, materials flow and design of human resources implementation; • Leader of "Ship as Received" project. Project base line is to preserve the original packaging and ship them to the dealers without repacking.

• Responsible for technical records to certificate the technical production process capability with the customer; • Analysis of operators complains proposing solutions and appropriate implementations; • Verification and registration of process sheets to ensure the accuracy of the process to run by operators; • Responsible for the quality of actuated sectors.
