My name is Ihor Shulha. I am 46 years old. I am a Java Software Developer with 3+ years of experience in Software development. I have good communication and coordination skills. I am a proactive and self-motivated team member, responsible, accurate, and able to work unsupervised and as part of a flexible and matrix-based team. I am looking for a company where I can effectively use and improve my soft and hard skills to achieve the best results for the company I will be working for. I have recently arrived in Germany and do not speak German yet. Learning German is also one of my main goals, but it will take time.
