I’m an enthusiastic senior specialist with a passion for problem resolution and working in process improvement. I’m skilled in processing and analyzing commercial deduction claims, negotiating and collecting payments as well facilitating the gathering of support documentation, and resolving disputes. I’ve been in charge of an international team, as well as training new coworkers, improving my leadership, coaching, and people skills. As my greatest personal strengths and asset, I’d name my interpersonal skills with coworkers, management, and all other team members, as well as my problem-solving skills and data analysis. Personal development and growth are important to me, so I'm constantly and proactively improving these skills. I feel comfortable adapting quickly and openly to changes. I adapt and learn new tools quickly and I have high self-learning. I also have excellent English and Spanish writing and communication skills, currently learning German (A1).
