I drive growth at TON Play, a web3 gaming platform. My expertise ranges from user acquisition for consumer mobile apps to building marketing funnels for niche b2b services. I've worked with hundreds of brands, including Canon, MOEX, Pepsi, and SemRush. At TON Play, I'm working on scaling marketing from the first A/B tests to a worldwide user acquisition machine. I’ve built a marketing organization, including paid acquisition, blogger relations, and content creation. Previous to TON Play, I was a partner at Nimax agency. While at Nimax, I successfully launched a digital marketing group and helped propel Nimax from a local player to working with clients all over Europe. In 2019 I launched a podcast called Hardcore Marketing. I interview industry leaders from the country's biggest brands and hottest startups. Fifty episodes later, Hardcore Marketing is one of the country's biggest marketing podcasts, with thousands of listeners and 140+ 5-star ratings on Apple Podcasts.
