Manage the quality operations of BU PSA & interface with the Head of BU Quality); Managing of SQA dept. assuring good parts for production; Training of personnel: ISO TS 16949, APQP, PAPP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA; QIP/QSB+; QRQC used in daily activity, lead the PDCA-FTA and 8D teams; Lead PFMEA/ Reverse PFMEA and update during development phases, also serial production; Continual improvement using Value Stream Mapping, Improving Kata/Coaching Kata; Project management of SPC on network in Cutting Area;

Develop, implement, maintain and improve the QMS in Fujikura Automotive Sudamerica (plants from Paraguay and Brazil); Managing the quality operations in both facilities - Paraguay and Brazil; training, mentoring& coaching of the quality personnel:8D, ISHIKAWA, APQP, PAPP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA; VDA 6.3, VDA 6.1; QRQC, PDCA-FTA; Kaizen; Coordinate the internal system/process audits and the team with certified auditors for product audits; Assure customer needs and zero failure at all customers.

Manage of the Quality / EHS Dpt., internal audits and conformity with requirements; Manage the budget of the Quality Department; Assure and fulfill customer requirements: VW, Audi, Mercedes, AMG, BMW, Autoliv, Takata, TRW; Develop and training of the quality - : APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC; also using of KAIZEN to improve the processes; Training and use with the team the quality tools: 4M (ISHIKAWA), 5Whys? - PDCA-FTA, Daily Meetings;

Manage the quality teams of 5 locations (~150 members); Training of the quality personnel: 8D, ISHIKAWA, 4M, also APQP, PAPP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA; Implement Valeo Focus, QRQC, PDCA-FTA; Continual improvement in the processes Kaizen; Manage the laboratories activities, also the prototype and pre-serial processes; Assure training of the auditors - VW Ringvergleich; Manage the resident’s activities in the customer facilities;

Implemented, maintained and continual improvement of QMS acc. ISO 9001 (+ISO/TS requirements); Assure “zero ppm” by using quality tools - 6M, 5 Why, G8D, IS/IS NOT & develop a quality team (~45 members); Used KAIZEN, Quality Circles, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC; Project management and risk management- transfer of projects from Slovakia/ France;
