Successful program management of retail fuel station network development in Serbia, covering network strategy, greenfield project execution and maintenance, including but not limited to evaluation of prospective locations, capital budgeting and monitoring, time scheduling, construction management at site, permitting procedure, as well as permanent reporting to OMV in Vienna and to Petrom in Bucharest. Responsible for project management and coordination of various infrastructure projects in Slovenia, from the conceptual stages through planning, design and control to close-out, including evaluation and control of resources (cost, time, manpower). Coordination among Client (DARS d.d.), Engineer (DDC d.o.o.), Contractor (GINEX d.o.o.), subcontractors and consultants, as well as managing the Contractor’s engineering design team.
