    •Thermal and electrochemical transient simulations for electrolysis cell (1.3V/cell and 104 A, SOEC). Scaled to 900 cells in a tower and validated against Sunfire GmbH’s cell designs to produce 55 Nm3/hr/tower. Integrated loss factors (heat absorption/release, endothermic reactions, ohmic, and activation losses) into simulations to enhance reliability. Engineered simulations for Endothermic, Thermoneutral, and Exothermic modes.

    •By code scripting, formulated SOEC plant model of 65 MW to produce 0.531 kg/s hydrogen, and validated against journals. •Modelled power block to provide 65 MW to electrolysis cell. •Integrated storage, for the working of SOEC plant 24×7. •Carried out BoP in EBSILON professional. •Formulated a cost-effective CSP-PV hybrid system, reducing electricity production costs with a capacity factor of 33% and 38%. •Calculated annual yield and identified the breakeven point at 4.3 EUR/kg using the LCOH methodology.
