-Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls at warranty service department as telephone receptionist and telesales. Handled both individual and business customers patiently, and managed to find 10 potential customers purchasing warranty extension at the end of the 2 months internship -Successfully presented a business plan with fellow intern group members. Organised the group work and done most of the communication between group members whilst working in the group
