Responsible for the design, development and implementation of ERP modules (Projects and Production).  Responsible for developing/customizing various ERP modules as per customer requirement without affecting the ERP standard.  Involved in a team of more than 50 IT Professionals.  Design, develop, implement and coordinate product development and implementation.  Manage and coordinate functionalities in SQL Server stored procedures using T-SQL.

Responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure,  Heading a team of 12+ IT Professionals of dev, testing, project management & delivery.  Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.  Manage staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.  Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with Business Team and IT.

Manage software division of the company. Design and architect new systems for client requirements.  Lead product installation and go-live at client sites. Help clients in choosing appropriate I.T. infrastructure.  Conduct group training & create user manuals for clients when necessary.  Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. Ensure data security, network access and backup systems.  Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
