As a founding partner I am responsible for all accounting, office management, and business development in a three person enterprise which provides procurement & supply chain consultation to small & mid-size businesses. Our primary product is reverse auction implementations. Accordingly, my responsibilities consist of the management of processes in regards to our reverse auction software solution. This includes program management, supplier training, creating and running each auction, and optimizing RFQ’s.

Commodity Manager responsible for all negotiations related to area and linear Charged Couple Devices (CCD) arrays and analog front ends used on digital still camera and scanner products, as well as, coordinating all supply chain specifications for these commodities.

Trainer and consultant for SAP implementation & e-commerce solutions, coordinator for specific purchasing business systems and processes, data entry and validation lead, and rejected invoice validation and research supervisor.
