Bearbeitung des Teilprojekts "Oxiddispersionsverstärkte Oxidationsschutzschichten" des BMBF-Projekts "Hochtemperatur- und Energiematerialien" durch Entwicklung, Herstellung und Untersuchung neuartiger metallischer Schutzschichten für Wärmedämmschichten.

Bearbeitung des BMBF-Projekts "Hochtemperatur- und Energiematerialien" am ORNL durch Untersuchung von Beschichtungsmaterialien für Turbinen in feuchter Atmosphäre bei erhöhten Temperaturen und zyklischer sowie isothermer Belastung.

Unterstützung von Lehrtätigkeiten, Halten der Vorlesungen: "Systematic Constructions" und "Technical English 2". Leitung mehrerer konstruktiver Projekte (Produktentwicklung neuer CNC-Maschine, Erweiterung eines Maschinentisches, etc.). Betreuung und Anleitung von Studenten bei der Entwicklung neuartiger Konstruktionen in den Bereichen: Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik und Verfahrenstechnik.

Strength calculation of holders of test rigs. Evaluation of different design proposals and construction of a machine table for a hydraulic test facility for aircrafts of the type Eurofighter Typhoon in CATIA V5.

Development of novel high temperature alloys for thermal barrier coatings via mechanical alloying and application of the fabricated alloys by thermal spraying in the course of the project High Temperature- and Energy-Materials. Grade: Magna Cum Laude.
