Supporting Talend Partner in delivering CSM Methodology, ensuring customer value via our partner ecosytem is achieved, building processes, teams, tools, structure, working with the executive leadership and fellow CSM leadership of the Customer success organization

Looking after key customers, working closly with the partner ecosystem to allow CSM alignment with key partner to jointly deliver value & advocat key strategic customers

working with customer in the EMEA & APAC region, guiding them to success using Talend CSM Methodology, pro active engagement, meeting on regular cadence in person with key customers for Oboarding, QBR/SBR and customer specific events, serving as a customer advocat within the organization as well as key contact to the customer

Contract/Order Management Netsuite, Salesforce, legal checks, roling out new tools, processes, working closely with Sales, Finance & IT leadership, working on the roadmap of future tools & role out plans of new processes & tools
