Responsible for the Quality and Total Customer Satisfaction for all of Renault Group's Powertrain plants which covers electrical / ic engines, transmissions and chassis parts across the 16 Alliance factories world wide. Manage directly a team of around 50 people and more than 500 functionally.

Responsible for Quality strategy for Powertrain (3000 Engineers) covering Manufacturing, Engineering, Suppliers. Team of 140 engineers. Functions: plant launch & field quality, data analytics & diagnostics, warranty spend reduction, Six Sigma, Central Quality, Metrology and in-market engineering teams. Heavily involved in Electrification with skilled Engineers in market to diagnose and fix any issues as well as developing and implementing electrification repair & diagnosis retailer strategy.

Responsible for Operational Excellence strategy for all vehicle manufacturing plants wordwide. Driving implementation of Lean and Kaizan Manufacturing Principles. Develop a global manufacturing system. Create an Operational Skills Needs Matrix for all Production and Maintenance Teams. Develop and Implement a training programme to address key skills gaps. Implement a TCM strategy which must be used to drive improvements in OPR. Drive Integrated Production System in plants.

Responsible for the LSS strategy and deployment within 80+ manufacturing plants covering Eu, NA, ANZ with approx. 14,000 employees including Head Office and Engineering Centre. Reports include team of MBB’s & Lean Champions. Focus is on aligning the CI process to the Bussines needs, ensuring Senior Management commitment & driving Cultural Change

Responsible for the overall Quality strategy and process for 22 Glass plants in the Ardagh Group.

Responsible for customer quality of 3,000 engines produced daily, distributed to >10 locations worldwide in a business with 2,200 employees. Managed 4 departments with 100+ staff including 12 direct reports. Also Lean Six Sigma Deployment Champion and Project Champion. Completed BB project on reducing absenteeism with savings of $0.5 mil p.a. Achieved the highest level in FPS level for Quality after 3 years with BiC quality in German ADAC survey.

Responsible for 6-Sigma Deployment in Business Unit of 2,500 employees covering business & technical processes. Matrix responsibility over 25 Black Belts. Responsibilities include: Development of overall 6/Lean-Sigma strategy, objective setting & tracking for Business Unit / Project Champions / Black Belts, Design for 6-Sigma strategy/training/implementation
