Jannis Bott

Cloud Crowd is a boutique Salesforce.com consultancy based in Sydney that supports clients in the enterprises and SMB space. I led large Salesforce digital transformation programs and advised customers on best practises, and helped to shape the roadmap for the next years to allow customers getting their most out of their Salesforce investment.

As an ex-Cloud-Sherpa (now part of Accenture) I act as the technical architect and lead Salesforce implementations to enterprise customers in Australia. I plan and execute integrations, develop custom business logic by using apex, VF, lightning components etc. and lead a team of on and off-shore consultants and developers.

I was responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and Salesforce architecture across Australia and New Zealand. On the Salesforce side I built mobile apps on Force.com that integrated with third party applications. I developed Apex, Visualforce, REST and SOAP API's within Salesforce to integrate with external systems. I also setup an entire IT department, mentored more junior staff and also introduced new systems such as Mobile Device Management, Google Apps, AD, PABX and more.

A founding member of KueBer GmbH, my area of speciality was product development and strategy, which resulted in two products supporting the educational market in Germany. We used technologies such as modern web standards, MySQL and Java to build our products by working with Agile methodologies. Part of my role was build the bridge between customer and internal development team to add value to our products.
