I have 12 years of experience in the service industry. I started as a customer care executive and today I am handling projects as a Project manager/Sr. Consultant. During my tenure, I worked on various projects in Finance, Retail, Banking and Insurance industry. As I understood the importance of certification along with knowledge and expertise, I did focus on PMP certification, Certified Scrum Master, Agile 5.1, ITIL foundation 4 and ISO27001 LA to support the growing business needs, which eventually helped me advance in my career.
