I work on a freelance basis sourcing professionals for the I-gaming industry in Malta. Our approach is very customer focused ensuring that we provide both our clients and our applicants with regular updates and an honest service. Our knowledge of the market and the recruitment sector in general means we are able to provide a very honest service.

I started off in London as a recruiter in Accountancy. I moved up to open the IT recruitment desk in Edinburgh in January 2000. I became a manager in April 2001. I was responsible for recruiting, business development, training, coaching and managing my teams. I helped to develop consultants skills and I focused on improving our service to clients and candidates to become one of the top performing teams in the company.
