In close cooperation with colleagues in Germany, established and developed a Global Sourcing Hub (GSH) in China from scratch. GSH operates as a mini-factory which contains complete functions of strategic sourcing, purchasing, quality management, pre-assembly and stocking in a floor area of 700 m². As a hub GSH consolidates the shipments towards sister-companies and supplies yearly millions of quality parts from processes of investment casting, die casting, machining, deep drawing, electronics etc.
