He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Utah Society of Professional Engineers (USPE) and has chaired state committees and served as a national officer in the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE). He is a representative member of the Utah Engineering Council (UEC) and was the 2004 Editor of the UEC Journal.
