• Supporting the customers after sales department by managing the service network on its behalf • Analyzing of the customers network and process architecture, submission of proposals to reduce cost, definition of process changes and implementation plans to achieve financial and operational targets • Ensure compliance to defined KPI’s • Leading operational and financial audits

• Building and managing the global technical and engineering framework for the material recovery program including the RFI/RFQ process to achieve a reduction of new material spend by re-usage of reworked or refurbished products and components • Building and managing with global partners the body of processes, technical documentation and process flows needed to operate. • Contract negotiation, authorization, onboarding and auditing of the network partners

• Analyzing of the customers network and process architecture, submission of proposals to reduce cost, definition of process changes and implementation plans to achieve financial and operational targets • Development of new qualification, reliability and durability specification and processes to ensure high global quality standards for new and processed products, with reduced process-time and cost • Development and worldwide implementation of reduced quality standard specifications

• Technical product support and process engineering, covering preparation of documentation, new process development/ implementation and process optimization • Interface between HQ R&D and repair sites to improve next generation products • Implementation and controlling of defined KPI targets and establishment of countermeasure/improvement plans • Leading technical, operational and financial audits • Participation in contract negotiation and carrier relations

• New product management and after-sales interface to R&D, monitoring, controlling and observation of production and process flows to ensure compliance to after-sales requirements and global repair of mobile phones • Technical project management, development, controlling and procurement of repair equipment • Quality analysis of device and repair data, triggering of countermeasures and implementation in existing repair and production processes

• Development and preparation of technical documentation, repair instructions, product and process descriptions • Administration of internet and intranet-based platforms and e-commerce • Controlling of repair equipment, preparation of specification, order negotiations and procurement • Management of worldwide quality escalation reports
