Learned about Australian law for responsible service of alcohol and gambling (RSA & RSG/RCG permit). Got outstanding service, communication and conversation skills in new work environment, multinational team and different language.

Got involved in a number of diverse job environments to experience totally different areas of employment. Developed ability to work in new teams with different levels of job security (White Card), culture, background, language, requirements and working conditions. Tested own limits by working between 60-70 hours a week (day- and nightshifts), involving work in the following areas: Street Construction, Labouring, Formwork, Demolition, etc.

Quickly moved up from the initial position of a service-employee and corporate customer-assistant to a bank consultant for private and corporate customer. Developed outstanding conversation and sales ability, focusing on customer need. Build up strong and loyal customer base, increasing the retention rate and the customer penetration significantly. Became irreplaceable part of the team, leading discussions and contributing to branch success.

First real work experience under contract. Developed sales skills and knowledge in the food industry as well as retail. Mainly worked as a cashier and thereby learned fast customer service and support. Learned to work in a time in partly highly-demanding situations (had to run a whole branch with only three people).
