* Lead a team of eight international volunteers over a time of six weeks * Delivered team building activities, four training sessions on personal and professional development and three personal coaching sessions with each person (GROW methodology for coaching) * Facilitated and supported the preparation of a 300-participant conference on youth entrepreneurship at Universiti Kabangsaan Malaysia (UKM) * Learned what intercultural understanding actually means

* Consulted several local Vice Presidents Talent Management on problems, bottlenecks and new strategies in the area of Talent Management * Designed strategy materials on how to roll out newly designed processes to all the local committees * Worked in a virtual team with six others (was on an Erasmus semester in the Netherlands at that time)

* Performed strategic human resource planning for a sustainable member base * Organized three member recruitments (including application, interviews, assessment center) * Allocated 50 applicants to 25 open positions (based on interviews and assessment center) * Managed the local committee and all its members’ education * Achieved a 25% growth in our overall performance as local committee within one year
