In my position as Regional Tax Director: I lead overall operations including international tax issues, transfer pricing, tax compliance, and tax planning of different areas in Region Latin America (RLA), and deliver function reports to the Regional Head of Finance in Chile and to Global Head of Tax in Hamburg.

Latin American Taxation: The course is centered in the development of the student's critical skill with regards to taxation in the Latin American Region. The course is divided in 3 parts: (1) Economic and political process in Latin America; (2) Comparative analysis of tax systems in the regions; (3) Future trends, focusing in the work of the OECD BEPS action plan and its impact in regional tax systems.

I have headed corporate and trust management services, private wealth and estate planning, real estate and corporate property management, asset and project finance structuring, mutual funds administration, and business process outsourcing. Key achievements: • Piloted business development of Peruvian Market, support on Chilean market and analysis of international tax structuring for private and corporate clients. • Established and maintained critical client base in order to open an office in Peru.

In my position as Senior Lawyer, International Tax Services: I have consulted and mentored foreign corporate and personal clients in the areas of international tax, corporate, and indirect taxes. Key achievement: • Provided assistance in the development of foreign investment structures into Chile as well as execution of the structure; advised in day-to-day cross border transactions and draft, and prepared legal tax opinions
