Creation of the department with a big change management focus on the way data was used and analyzed by the different areas of the company to impact on the company results. • Coordinate operational developments, implement and deploy the solutions in the region • Assess executives about reporting/analytics solutions and define data strategies and create BI roadmaps • Define the data governance procedures and policies for the region • Manage BI software and data providers contracts

Development of the suitable reports for the department and assess on best data solutions • Understand and document business needs and develop the required reports. • Act as data specialist to specify the business needs in terms of data developments

• Tech support on issues related to: BO Server setup, BO SDK, Universe design, reports creation
