Working as Business Analyst in the Credit Suisse International Wealth Management Latin America COO departement. Responsible for Business- and Data-Analytics, as well as to support the Front Business on operational and tactical topics and liaise across different function areas within the entire firm.

Business Analysis and Requirement Engineering. Front Office Banking Applications, used in the Private Banking Business in the regions Americas and EMEA.

Project Portfolio Manager. Accountable for currently around 70 change the bank (CtB) projects, mainly for IT infrastructure deliverables across all different technologies. Projects are related to the CRO business area: Credit Risk Management IB & PB as well as Market Risk Management. Dealing within the region, AM, EMEA, APAC and Switzerland

Responsible for all IT infrastructure issues across the regions Americas and EMEA. End User Platform operating (support and maintenance) and development / engineering new solutions covering business and/or regulator expectations and requirements (project management and IT governance). Managing 6 direct reports. Responsible for a few OLA and SLA's we have with internal and external solution providers
