Sustainable Business Development - growth yes, but different! In today’s rapidly changing business world, sustainability is becoming more and more important. This is where traditional growth strategies reach their limits. In addition to topics such as employee or customer loyalty, attracting investors and talents, there are many other economic reasons for companies to deal with the topic of sustainability. As much as time is pressing, achieving more sustainability is not an immediate change, but a journey. Mostly lengthy, complex with many obstacles. Therefore, a step-by-step approach covering the company’s business model and value chain seems more promising in the long term as unstructured add-hoc initiatives. Don’t get me wrong: Sustainablity is the most important topic in this decade. But, when we want to succeed, we need to do it step-by-step and we need to do it together. And digitalization always played a significant role thereby. Think big - start small.
