I worked alongside my team to support The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotels, EDITION, JW Marriott, and Bulgari Hotels' compliance with Marriott's brand standards. I developed a program for The Ritz-Carlton's annual SWOT Analysis and lead the SWOT at a corporate as well as international property level. My position looked into reconsidering which tools and resources provided by corporate should be brand specific, branded to all luxury brands, or brand agnostic.

Throughout this internship experience, I mined, formatted and analyzed five years of nationwide sales data to create an innovative organization for product delivery through online, retail, and auction sales. My position required consulting with E-commerce and Auctions departments as well as considering state wine sales regulations. My final project was presented to the company president as I suggested an alternative strategy for the design of all wine shipping costs for online orders.

At the Breakers, I coordinated valet/transportation logistics at a volume reaching 200 vehicles per hour while simultaneously providing personalized guest welcome and seamless event experience. Part of my responsibilities included reconciling daily parking revenue reports, distributing accurate updates, and managing a $1200 bank while processing payments as applicable to visit. In edition to my position, I shadowed both Sales and Marketing departments and participated in community service.
