I am responsible for the product design (UR, Workshops, UX & UI Design, Usability Testing) and all post offer communication designs (OM, Social Media, OOH, Newsletters, Website) to ensure a consistent user experience - end to end. I am a project manager. As the people manager of a team of 3 FTEs I am guiding the team, set strategy & principles together with them & have regular 1-1s and performance reviews.

As the lead UX/UI designer I was responsible for the facilitation of Design Sprints/Design Thinking Workshops and UR & Usability Testing to define the actual products. I created UX concepts and UI Designs for the entire product; set the core visual language (colors, typography, iconography, core UI controls, website) while consulting with various stakeholders.

Working with analysis and research tools like Google Analytics, creation of landing pages & creatives for performance and content marketing channels. A/B testing to gather the users needs and iterate on them. Research and image editing as part of the creation of workshop presentations.

Conception and design of corporate designs, brochures, posters, business stationery, etc. on print as well as small websites, landing pages and some other digital assets.

Preparation of internal trainings // Scheduling, support and supervision of internal and external examination (nationwide) at SAP branches and partners
