Development of queries SQL; Elaboration of studies and analyzes, reports and behavioral studies of the customer database; Regular monitoring of different segmentations types, in order to always ensure evolution in results, the best audiences for the best actions. Creation, maintenance and projection of business indicators, reports, behavioral studies and segmentation of the customer database; Execution of ETL - Data Cleansing loads.

Development of scripts in SQL Server like Views, procedures, triggers, funcions; Development of Reports in Report Builder tool and report publishing in Reporting Services.

The program covers aplcations in Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The classes are performed on Claudera Ambient, tools like SAS, R, IBM WATSON, SPSS, SPARK and Python.
