Perform LC/MS/MS bioanalysis in support of PK, PD, Tox and Clinical studies under GLP guidelines using API-4000/5000 with Analyst, HPLC(HP1100) and other techniques. Job responsibilities include method development and validation, equipment validation, biological sample preparation, sample analysis, data processing, troubleshooting and maintenance of LC/MS/MS as well as routine laboratory housekeeping. Projects are performed to exacting deadlines and to the strictest standards of GLP.

Job responsibilities include method development, biological sample preparation, data processing (Watson LIMS), troubleshooting and maintenance of LC/MS/MS as well as routine laboratory housekeeping. Projects are typically performed to exacting deadlines and with minimal supervision.

Perform tests to determine purity, composition and dosage of small molecule pharmaceuticals using HPLC, IR, TLC, GC and other techniques. Job responsibilities also include troubleshooting and maintenance of HPLC machines as well as routine laboratory housekeeping.
