Senior consultant at DNV Energy Systems. Responsibilities in managing and performing of projects involving multiple stakeholders. Projects at the power equipment Germany department and DNV international projects related to Prozess optimization, HV interference studies and EM-field assessment in lightning protection.

- Planning of complex scientific experiments. - Coordination of international multi-user campaigns. - Design and realisation of state-of-the-art experimental setups using ultrafast high-intensity lasers and advanced diagnostics. - Purchasing and operation of multi-million euros worth of equipment and high vacuum chambers. - Data analysis of complex data sets. Management of parallel analysis and data-exchange in groups. - Representation of the research program at international meetings and workshops.

Marie Curie Early stage researcher within the LA3NET, fellow (229 k€ grant). Part of the European Union’s FP7 Marie Curie Initial Training Network (ITN) scheme. Extensive training on exploitation of lasers for applications at laser facilities and soft-skills. Actively participated in meetings, conferences, schools and workshops throughout Europe. Member of the ITN steering committee as elected fellow's representative in 2013-2014.
