I am a professional with a proven track record of doing my best no matter where I am. With about 20+ years of experience leading teams of different sized and from different verticals, I bring with me a wealth of experience. I have worked with teams across the globe, mostly as a leader leading and ensuring that the project goal is reached as per client expectation. I have worked with startup's in India, Germany and Switzerland supporting them to create their products and establish their firms successfully. I have also worked with medium and large organizations in their short term projects in data and process excellence domains. I have supported organizations to identify and manage their skill gaps by providing skilled manpower from across the globe to work seamlessly as their team. I am currently looking to support teams that have sustainability goals as the core function of their organization. I am a down to earth person, willing to learn from anyone who has something to teach me.
