• Provide a solution to repair different WTG components to minimize the cost of operation. • Build digital troubleshooting guides in Dezide for all WTG models. • Work on various C2Q projects to predict the failure of big WTG components like generator, gear box, main bearing and pitch bearing. • Prepare scope of work and budget for C2Q projects. • Plan and manage project resources effectively and resolve ongoing technical and commercial issues. • Timely update to management about project progress.

• Fault analysis for repetitive operation faults to maintain the fleet availability over 97%. • Develop the solution in collaboration with engineering team for repetitive WTG component failures. • Prepare and validate various operation and maintenance documents. • Test and validate newly released turbine and component software. • Provide root cause analysis of major failures of wind turbines.

• Work on the control system to find out design issues of prototype model and to get it solved in serial production. • Work on commissioning and OMS of prototype WTG models. • Prepare documents for technical change instructions (TCI) and other technical manuals. • Handle all operation related NCRs and provide solutions. • Prepare the list of spare parts for OMS for new products.

• Prepare weekly availability, generation and error reports. • Work on SCADA system to maintain the data of WTGs. • Inventory planning and management for entire wind farm. • Provide hands on training to troubleshoot WTG faults to newly hired employees. • Interaction with customer to handle the technical and budget issues. • Lead TCI projects to carry out across wind farms.

• Hands on experience to commission more than 600 WTGs. • Work on the control system to find out existing issues and provide feedbacks for improving the product\design. • Test visualization tools which are being used to monitor the WTG. • Manage activities related to wind turbine connectivity from individual sites to head office. • Work on planning of the workforce, shift management activities, appraising member’s performance and provide feedback.
