•Develop unique Boolean search strings to source domestic and international passive candidates in the "deep" World Wide Web (i.e. Sr. Software Engineers, Java Developers, Flex Developers, Systems Engineers, Product/Marketing Managers, Sales Directors). • Conduct preliminary phone interview to qualify candidate for technical skill base, discuss salary expectations, and provide position and company overview. • Maintain passive candidate pool using the ICIMS applicant tracking system.

• Maintained and filled Nursing and "Allied Health" requisitions (i.e. Nursing Assistants, Lab Assistants, Surgical Technicians). • Successfully managed the on boarding process for over 600 new hires at Good Samaritan Hospital and Regional Medical Center.

• Headed all college recruiting for Northern California; while building successful rapport with many California University's. • Facilitated and created the curriculum for the Internship Program for Construction Management Students. • Established and maintained an active pool of potential candidates from entry-level to senior-level management (i.e. Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers). • Maintained requisitions and postings in the Openhire applicant tracking system.

• Created and posted detailed job descriptions to various external sites for employment opportunities in the following Google departments: Advertising, Marketing, Legal, Human Resources, Administrative and Billing. • Proofread and edited previously created job descriptions to better attract potential candidates. • Communicated and collaborated effectively with department managers to ensure accuracy of posting details. • Track job postings in detailed spreadsheet as well as in a Google network program.

•Supported the West Region recruiting team for CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV, AK and HI. • Administered pre-qualification phone screens for all potential candidates. • Coordinated and represented the company at college and professional level job fairs. • Managed all job postings in the Recruitmax applicant tracking system. • Initiated all background checks for potential candidates.
